Senior AI Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders and internal teams, the full-time Senior AI Implementation Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI agents and Copilot solutions in Microsoft 365 to enhance productivity and business outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflows for AI agent implementation and design experiments for validation
• Build and deploy custom Copilot agents and ensure production readiness through monitoring and performance standards
• Coach internal teams on designing and operating their own Copilot agents, creating training materials and reusable templates

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years in software, AI, or automation engineering, with 2-3+ years of experience in AI or workflow automation solutions, preferably in Microsoft 365
• Hands-on experience building Copilot agents or LLM-powered applications in production
• Proven experience operating governed content and AI platforms at scale, including Microsoft Graph and SharePoint
• Strong teaching and enablement skills, comfortable coaching non-technical stakeholders
• Builder-operator mindset with experience in CI/CD and incident response
