Senior AI Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior AI Implementation Engineer will architect end-to-end AI solutions for the claims process, serve as a strategic advisor to clients, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure custom AI Agents to integrate into the claims process
• Develop operational flows using Snapsheet's Claim Platform and advanced AI tools
• Lead weekly client meetings to address operational pain points and roadmap priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience with P&C claim organizations
• Strong understanding of P&C claims processes at an operational level
• Experience in a B2B client-facing or account management role
• Technical aptitude with a focus on AI and workflow automation
