Senior AI Interaction Evaluator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Interaction Evaluator (Codex / Claude Code).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end for usefulness and correctness
• Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning, providing clear feedback on outputs
• Help define standards for effective interactions with AI coding tools

Required Qualifications

• Staff or Principal-level engineer or equivalent experience
• Strong background in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor
• Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
• Comfortable providing direct, opinionated feedback on engineering quality
