Evaluating AI-generated coding interactions, the part-time contract Senior AI Interaction Evaluator will assess the quality and reasoning of outputs from coding agents like OpenAI Codex and Claude Code, providing feedback on their effectiveness and alignment with strong engineering judgment in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions to determine usefulness and correctness at a high level
- Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning, providing clear feedback on strengths and weaknesses
- Help define standards for effective interactions with AI coding tools
Required qualifications
- Staff or Principal-level engineer or equivalent experience
- Strong background in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex and Claude Code
- Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Ability to provide direct, opinionated feedback on engineering quality
