Senior AI Interaction Evaluator
Job Summary
Evaluating the quality of interactions with AI coding agents, the part-time contract Senior AI Interaction Evaluator will assess AI-generated coding outputs and provide feedback on their usefulness and alignment with strong engineering judgment in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions for usefulness and correctness
- Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning provided by the AI
- Provide clear, opinionated feedback on interaction quality and user guidance
Required qualifications
- Staff or Principal-level engineer (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex and Claude Code
- Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Ability to evaluate code without executing or deeply reviewing every line
