Senior AI Interaction Evaluator
Job Summary
Evaluating the quality of interactions with AI coding agents, the contract Senior AI Interaction Evaluator will assess AI-generated coding outputs for usefulness and alignment with strong engineering judgment, working remotely for 10-20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions for usefulness and correctness
- Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning provided by the AI
- Provide clear, opinionated feedback on interaction quality and user guidance
Required qualifications
- Staff or Principal-level engineer or equivalent experience
- Strong background in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex and Claude Code
- Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Comfortable providing direct and opinionated feedback on engineering quality
