Senior AI Interaction Evaluator
Job Summary
Evaluating the quality of interactions with AI coding agents, the contract Senior AI Interaction Evaluator will assess AI-generated coding interactions for usefulness and engineering judgment, working remotely for approximately 10-20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate end-to-end AI-generated coding interactions to determine their usefulness and correctness
- Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning provided by AI coding agents
- Provide clear, opinionated feedback on the interaction quality and help define standards for effective AI interactions
Required qualifications
- Staff or Principal-level engineer (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or similar tools
- Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Ability to evaluate code without needing to execute or deeply review every line
