Senior AI Interaction Evaluator
Job Summary
Evaluating the quality of interactions with AI coding agents, the contract Senior AI Interaction Evaluator will assess AI-generated coding responses for usefulness and engineering judgment, working remotely for 10-20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate end-to-end AI-generated coding interactions and judge their usefulness and correctness
- Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning provided by AI models
- Provide clear, opinionated feedback on the effectiveness of AI interactions
Required qualifications
- Staff/Principal-level engineer or equivalent experience
- Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or similar tools
- Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Comfortable providing direct and opinionated feedback on engineering quality
