Senior AI Interaction Evaluator
Job Summary
Evaluating the quality of interactions with AI coding agents, the part-time contract Senior AI Interaction Evaluator will assess AI-generated coding outputs to ensure they reflect strong engineering judgment and provide useful reasoning, all while working remotely for 10-20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions for usefulness and correctness
- Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning provided by the AI
- Provide clear, opinionated feedback on interaction quality and define standards for excellence
Required qualifications
- Staff or Principal-level engineer (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex and Claude Code
- Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Comfortable providing direct and opinionated feedback on engineering quality
