Job Summary
Evaluating the quality of interactions with modern coding agents, the part-time contract Senior AI Interaction Evaluator will assess AI-generated coding outputs and provide feedback on their alignment with strong engineering judgment and reasoning.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions for usefulness and correctness
- Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning provided by AI models
- Provide clear, opinionated feedback on AI outputs and help define quality standards for interactions
Required qualifications
- Staff or Principal-level engineer or equivalent experience
- Strong background in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or similar tools
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Ability to give direct and opinionated feedback on engineering quality
