Job Summary
Evaluating AI-generated coding interactions, the part-time contract Senior AI Interaction Evaluator will assess the quality of responses from coding agents like OpenAI Codex and Claude Code, providing opinionated feedback on their effectiveness and alignment with strong engineering judgment.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end for usefulness and correctness
- Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning provided by AI coding agents
- Provide clear feedback on the effectiveness of interactions and help define standards for quality
Required qualifications
- Staff or Principal-level engineer with equivalent experience
- Strong background in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex and Claude Code
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Ability to evaluate code without executing or deeply reviewing every line
