Senior AI Interaction Evaluator
Job Summary
Evaluating AI interactions with modern coding agents, the contract Senior AI Interaction Evaluator will assess the quality of responses, focusing on engineering judgment and reasoning, while working remotely for approximately 10-20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions for usefulness and correctness
- Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning provided by the AI models
- Provide clear, opinionated feedback on interaction quality and user guidance
Required qualifications
- Staff/Principal-level engineer or equivalent experience
- Strong background in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex and Claude Code
- Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Ability to evaluate code without executing or deeply reviewing every line
