Senior AI Interaction Evaluator
Job Summary
Evaluating the quality of interactions with modern coding agents, the contract Senior AI Interaction Evaluator will assess AI-generated coding responses for usefulness and engineering judgment, working remotely for 10-20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end, focusing on the quality of outputs and reasoning
- Provide clear, opinionated feedback on the effectiveness of AI responses and identify areas for improvement
- Help define standards for successful interactions with coding tools like Cursor
Required qualifications
- Staff or Principal-level engineer (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
- Hands-on experience using OpenAI Codex and Claude Code
- Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Comfortable providing direct, opinionated feedback on engineering quality
