Senior AI Interaction Evaluator
Job Summary
To support the evaluation of AI coding agents, the contract Senior AI Interaction Evaluator will assess interactions with tools like OpenAI Codex and Claude Code, focusing on the quality of responses and engineering judgment, working remotely for 10-20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions for usefulness and correctness
- Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning provided by AI tools
- Provide clear feedback on the effectiveness of interactions and define quality standards for AI responses
Required qualifications
- Staff or Principal-level engineer (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex and Claude Code
- Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Comfortable giving direct and opinionated feedback on engineering standards
