Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To design and deliver production agentic AI systems for an enterprise client, the full-time Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer will build autonomous agents on the client's existing enterprise AI stack, utilizing hands-on development skills in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain autonomous agents, ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability at enterprise scale
• Design agent workflows and integrate with the OpenAI / GPT Enterprise platform, focusing on production readiness
• Communicate architectural decisions effectively to technical stakeholders and ensure compliance with security and governance standards

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience building with LLMs in production systems
• Hands-on experience with the Glean platform and OpenAI API, including prompt engineering and multi-step orchestration
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python or equivalent, with a focus on clean and maintainable code
• Production experience deploying services on AWS and/or GCP, including IAM and secrets management
• Competence in data engineering and integrating enterprise SaaS systems through APIs
