Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support client projects, the full-time Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions while collaborating directly with stakeholders and mentoring team members in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own ML solutions end to end, from framing business problems to production deployment and monitoring
• Apply generative AI and LLMs, selecting appropriate techniques and establishing MLOps best practices
• Translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped solutions and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience building, training, and deploying ML models in production
• Strong modeling fundamentals and rigorous evaluation discipline in machine learning
• Hands-on experience with LLMs/generative AI and proficiency in Python and modern ML stacks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Client-facing or consulting experience with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to contribute beyond AI/ML, engaging in various engineering and consulting tasks as needed
