Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer to work remotely, responsible for designing and building production-grade AI agents, developing a lightweight Python SDK, and implementing scalable AI pipelines while ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and test production-grade AI agents and develop a lightweight Python SDK for platform integration
• Architect and implement scalable AI pipelines and apply MLOps best practices for continuous improvement of AI models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with client objectives and provide mentorship to junior engineers

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience with Python, LangChain, and LangSmith; familiarity with the Prodigy framework is a significant advantage
• Proven track record in building multi-step reasoning chains and state management for autonomous agents
• Practical experience with Vector Databases and building ETL "Data Engines" for secure agent consumption
• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal for managing complex agentic workflows
