Job Summary
To build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows, the full-time Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer will develop models and integrations while ensuring quality and performance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows using established templates and pipelines
- Write and execute evaluations for all developed systems to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with business users to iterate on solutions within defined scopes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2.5 years focused on building LLM applications in production
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, along with strong API craftsmanship
- Experience in writing LLM evaluations as a critical part of development
- Ability to deliver projects quickly while adhering to quality guardrails
- Desirable experience in retrieval/IR, healthcare data handling, and cost optimization
