Job Summary
Building LLM-powered agents and workflows, the full-time Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer will integrate systems and data sources while ensuring quality through rigorous evaluations, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows on established templates and pipelines
- Write and run evaluations for all developed systems to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with business users to iterate quickly within defined scopes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2.5 years in building LLM applications in production
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with expertise in API craftsmanship and prompt engineering
- Experience in writing LLM evaluations as part of the development process
- Demonstrated ability to ship projects quickly while adhering to established guardrails
- Familiarity with retrieval/IR concepts and healthcare data handling is desirable
