Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To join a cross-functional development team, the full-time Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer will build and ship LLM-powered agents, design evaluations, and integrate systems while ensuring high quality and operational guardrails in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows using established templates and pipelines
• Write and run evaluations to ensure all systems meet quality standards before deployment
• Collaborate with business users to iterate on projects and coach team members on best practices

Required qualifications

• Deep understanding of agentic architectures, RAG systems, and context engineering
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2.5+ years in building LLM applications in production
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with excellent API craftsmanship
• Ability to write and run rigorous LLM evaluations as part of the build process
• Hands-on experience with LLM deployment pipelines and production guardrail integration
