Senior AI Marketing Operations Manager

Job Summary

As the Senior AI Marketing Operations Manager, the remote full-time position will create and manage AI solutions for marketing campaigns, automate workflows, and enhance member experiences while collaborating with various teams to drive effective results.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage the marketing team's AI plan, identifying opportunities and developing a roadmap
• Design and build AI-powered solutions, including automated workflows and prompt libraries
• Lead an AI education program for the marketing team, providing workshops and resources

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI and marketing operations
• Demonstrated experience in building and launching AI solutions in a marketing context
• Deep understanding of modern AI tools, including LLMs and automation tools
• Strong collaboration skills across marketing, data, engineering, and operations teams
• Experience in lifecycle, growth, or member marketing environments with complex campaigns
