Senior AI Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end performance of AI-powered marketing campaigns for large enterprise customers, the full-time Senior AI Marketing Optimization Specialist will work at the intersection of applied machine learning, customer strategy, and data engineering, while diagnosing campaign performance and translating complex findings into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose campaign performance and tune machine learning models and parameters
• Run deep analyses and communicate technical concepts clearly to marketing leaders and executives
• Manage the execution of marketing A/B testing, attribution models, and experiment design

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing data analytics, machine learning, or data science roles
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python for data analysis and SQL for complex data warehouse querying
• Experience with marketing A/B testing, attribution models, and experiment design
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to marketers and executive audiences
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field
