Senior AI Mini-Series Director

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end production of vertical short drama series, the full-time Senior AI Mini-Series Director will manage 1-2 series, create scripts, and direct episodes while collaborating with AI content creators in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of 1-2 series, including 10-15 episodes per series, each approximately one minute long
• Utilize an in-house AI copilot for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode, bringing storytelling and craft to the forefront

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts for creating hooks, cliffhangers, and escalating narratives
• Familiarity with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4 and Sora 2
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
• Fluency in English with strong collaborative skills
