Senior AI-ML Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join their AI Innovation Lab.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy complex, multi-agent orchestration workflows end-to-end using frameworks like Langchain
• Build and maintain a robust production evaluation framework for both online and offline LLM performance
• Serve as a technical mentor and thought leader for teams, advising on prompt engineering and workflow design

Required Qualifications

• Production AI/ML expertise with a track record of deploying multi-agent workflows at scale
• Mastery of orchestration and routing frameworks, particularly Langchain
• Solid background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) with the ability to write production-ready code
• Strong understanding of classical ML used to determine when to build agentic workflows
• A builder mindset with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
