Senior AI-ML Engineer

Job Summary

To design and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI and Machine Learning platforms, the full-time Senior AI/ML Engineer will work remotely, focusing on building scalable AI systems that enhance internal workflows and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement foundational GenAI services and build the infrastructure for autonomous AI agents
• Stand up LLM runtimes and integrate tooling for agent interaction with internal systems
• Implement cloud-native infrastructure for model training and automate data and model pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in software/ML engineering, with 3+ years in ML engineering at scale
• Expertise in building production-grade ML/LLM systems on AWS tech stack (Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, etc.)
• Proven track record with GenAI/LLMs, including fine-tuning and safety guardrails
• Experience building agentic AI platforms and deep knowledge of data-intensive systems
• Strong grounding in compliance-first engineering in healthcare or regulated industries preferred
