Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a growing team in support of a federal program.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, exploration, feature engineering, and model training across Databricks and AWS services
• Operationalize tools for experiment tracking, model registry, and lifecycle governance while integrating with CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and manage AWS services to support automated model promotion and ensure compliance with IRS regulations

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree with seven years of experience or a Master's degree with five years of experience in a related field
• Strong experience in AI/ML engineering, particularly with Databricks and AWS AI/ML services
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Spark, and machine learning frameworks
• Experience with MLFlow, CI/CD pipelines, and building secure ML infrastructure in regulated environments
