A company is looking for a Senior AI/ML Software Engineer (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features for claim synthesis, including information extraction from medical documents
• Develop hybrid machine learning solutions to enhance system accuracy and scalability
• Collaborate with data labelers and SMEs to evaluate AI outputs and improve model performance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience writing performant Python code
• Minimum 1 year of experience with large language models (LLMs) in professional settings
• Hands-on experience with statistical machine learning and hybrid approaches involving LLMs and RAG
• Proven ability to build and integrate API services within microservice architectures
• Expertise in evaluating and interpreting LLM outputs for business outcomes
