Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer AI/ML, Responsible AI Red Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute adversarial testing strategies for AI and GenAI systems
• Build and maintain automated red-team testing frameworks and evaluation harnesses
• Document findings and provide actionable remediation guidance to teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years of professional software or AI/ML engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM-based systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with automated testing frameworks
• Experience with modern cloud platforms such as AWS
