Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer who will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI/ML systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable ML systems and translate research into production-ready systems
• Build and operate LLM pipelines and develop RAG-based systems to improve model performance
• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle and establish best practices for deployment and monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in ML engineering, AI engineering, or related fields with production deployment experience
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; experience with PyTorch and HuggingFace
• Experience building LLM applications and familiarity with MLOps practices
• Proficiency working with complex datasets and defining evaluation strategies
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
