Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative AI and ML solutions, the full-time Senior AI/ML Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning products in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software products incorporating machine learning and AI models
• Build reusable Python packages for implementing ML/AI algorithms and data-processing pipelines
• Contribute to the design of AI systems, including retrieval-augmented generation and agent-based workflows

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related field (PhD preferred)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning software products
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in developing reusable packages
• Familiarity with Databricks for scalable data processing and collaborative analytics
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
