Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative AI solutions, the full-time Senior AI/ML Engineer will design, build, and deploy Generative AI and Machine Learning platforms remotely, focusing on creating robust systems that enhance patient outcomes and clinical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement foundational GenAI services and build infrastructure for autonomous AI agents
• Stand up LLM runtimes and integrate tooling for agent orchestration and internal system interactions
• Implement cloud-native infrastructure for large-scale model training and automate data and model pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software/ML engineering, with 5+ years in ML engineering at scale
• Expertise in building production-grade ML/LLM systems on AWS tech stack (Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, etc.)
• Proven track record with GenAI/LLMs, including fine-tuning and agentic systems
• Experience building agentic AI platforms and knowledge of data-intensive systems
• Strong grounding in compliance-first engineering in healthcare or related fields
