Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, the remote Senior AI/ML Engineer will design, build, and deploy production-grade systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable ML and LLM-based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable ML systems and translate prototypes into production-ready systems
• Build and operate LLM pipelines, develop RAG-based systems, and create evaluation frameworks for model performance improvement
• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, establishing best practices for reproducibility, observability, and responsible AI practices

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in ML engineering, AI engineering, or related fields with production deployment experience
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in PyTorch and HuggingFace
• Experience building LLM applications, including RAG, embeddings, and vector search
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and MLOps practices
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
