Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

To drive the development of next-generation AI capabilities, the full-time Senior AI/ML Engineer will design, implement, and maintain scalable ML systems, focusing on predictive analytics, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate deep learning and classical ML models to enhance product features
• Build and maintain robust ML pipelines for continuous training and real-time inference using modern MLOps frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into microservices, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience deploying ML/AI solutions in production environments
• Proficiency in writing high-quality code in Python
• Experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) based solutions
• Familiarity with setting up and maintaining vector databases
• A strong desire to work on ML/AI based products and learn new technologies quickly
