Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI/ML engineers, the full-time Senior AI/ML Engineer will architect and oversee end-to-end AI solutions, mentor team members, and collaborate with clients to implement AI/ML features in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical execution of AI/ML projects from experimentation to production
• Collaborate with client teams to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions and manage solution delivery
• Guide team members on model selection, evaluation, and deployment while ensuring best practices and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in building AI models with ML, NLP, and deep learning
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques, algorithms, and frameworks, with experience in deploying ML models
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
