Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the research, development, and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning solutions, the remote Senior AI/ML Engineer will provide technical leadership for Air Force Weather modernization efforts and integrate AI capabilities across various programs while requiring an active Top Secret security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply digital engineering methods to support cloud software integration and architecture validation for Air Force Weather initiatives
• Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize ML Ops datasets and support the integration of scalable data processing pipelines

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret security clearance required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred
• Advanced experience in designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud or hybrid-cloud environments
• Strong understanding of ML Ops practices, including model development and deployment
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience supporting regulated or classified environments, preferably within federal or DoD organizations
