Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

To support AI 10.0 Scaling, the full-time Senior AI/ML Engineer will work remotely to build and productionize AI systems, ensure model quality and compliance, and drive architecture and engineering standards within the Claim Edit Hub team.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and productionize AI systems, including agentic services and end-to-end pipelines
• Ensure model quality, evaluation, security, and compliance with responsible AI standards
• Drive cross-functional leadership and collaboration to implement observability and operational excellence

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in computer science or related quantitative field
• 3+ years of programming experience in Python and SQL, including automation with shell scripting
• 2+ years in observability and monitoring, including SLOs and drift detection
• 2+ years in model registry and experiment tracking, including A/B testing
• 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure AI services
