Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., the full-time Senior AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy production AI systems and multi-agent orchestration systems to enhance conversational healthcare experiences while collaborating with product and clinical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement agentic AI systems using frameworks like OpenAI Agents SDK and Claude Agents SDK
• Build and maintain multi-agent orchestration systems that effectively route user requests across specialized AI agents
• Develop backend services that integrate large language models with healthcare systems through APIs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python, TypeScript, or other relevant backend languages
• Experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs in production environments
• Understanding of large language model fundamentals, including prompting and context management
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa sponsorship
