Job Summary
Balancing leadership and technical contributions, the contract Senior AI/ML Engineer will develop AI agents, drive innovation, and ensure code quality while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple engineering teams, fostering a collaborative culture
- Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy aligned with program objectives
- Champion the adoption of AI technologies within the SDLC, including synthetic data generation
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
- 5+ years of related experience with MLOps and development of RAG models
- Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in AI technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft technology stack, including Azure cloud services and .NET framework
- Strong programming skills in Python and React
