Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote Senior AI/ML Engineer will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI/ML systems for client-facing and internal products while providing technical leadership and mentorship across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable ML systems and translate prototypes into production-ready solutions
• Build and operate LLM pipelines, developing evaluation frameworks and reusable tooling for model performance improvement
• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, establishing best practices for reproducibility and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in ML engineering or related fields with production deployment experience
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in PyTorch and HuggingFace
• Experience building LLM applications and familiarity with MLOps practices
• Proficiency in working with complex datasets and defining evaluation strategies
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
