Senior AI ML Engineer

Job Summary

To support advanced analytics and AI capabilities, the full-time Senior AI ML Engineer will design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning solutions remotely, with occasional on-site requirements in Arizona.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI/ML solutions, including predictive models and workflows that align with clinical and operational objectives
• Develop and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines, ensuring robust data ingestion, feature engineering, and lifecycle management
• Architect and support production-grade MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, and automated monitoring and testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 7 years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, machine learning operations, or related software engineering roles required
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native AI/ML services, preferably in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong SQL and data engineering skills with experience in large-scale data processing and feature engineering
• Knowledge of MLOps, DevOps practices, and API development for integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications
