Senior AI/ML Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of innovative AI-powered solutions, the full-time Senior AI/ML Engineer will lead the design, deployment, and scaling of AI technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions and intelligent automation capabilities to enhance operational efficiency
- Rapidly prototype and scale emerging AI technologies to address enterprise transformation opportunities
- Establish AI engineering best practices and governance standards to promote enterprise adoption of AI solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on developing APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
- 7+ years of experience working with agile and lean coding methodologies
- 3+ years of experience building solutions on a Python stack, with hands-on experience in core AI capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams and mentor engineers in innovative technology adoption
