Senior AI-Native Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) to join their Circle Expansion team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality features for various user segments, ensuring safety and usability
• Utilize AI as a primary collaborator for orchestrating workflows, code generation, and testing
• Define and implement AI-Native engineering practices and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building consumer-scale software products
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tooling
• Strong proficiency in mobile development (iOS or Android) and experience with web/backend technologies (Java, Kubernetes, AWS)
• Experience with agentic workflows and prompt engineering
• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field or equivalent experience
