Senior AI-Native Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) to join their Circle Expansion team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality features for various user segments, ensuring safety and usability
• Collaborate with AI as a primary workflow tool to create specifications, generate code, and perform reviews
• Define and codify AI-Native engineering practices for the team and contribute to architectural decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building high-quality consumer-scale software products
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tooling
• Strong proficiency in mobile development (iOS or Android) and familiarity with web and backend technologies (Java, Kubernetes, AWS)
• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field or equivalent experience
• Experience with agentic workflows and prompt engineering
