Job Summary

Senior AI-Native Software Engineer, a full-time position focused on designing and building features for diverse user segments while leveraging AI tools throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality features for aging parents, pre-teen wearable users, and community groups
• Collaborate with AI as a primary workflow to create specifications, generate code, and perform reviews
• Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of AI-native engineering practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in building consumer-scale software products
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tooling
• Strong proficiency in mobile development (iOS or Android) and web/backend technologies
• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field or equivalent experience
• Deep experience with agentic workflows and context window management
