Senior AI Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Operations Engineer to lead advancements in AI capabilities and optimize operations within a cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance AI operations by utilizing generative AI for process optimization and deployment
• Lead research and development efforts to create reusable code components and establish best practices for MLOps
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for new AI-driven products using data insights

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in Data Science, with 3+ years in R&D and 2+ years mentoring junior engineers
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture
• Strong ML infrastructure experience with Terraform and Kubernetes
• Fluency in Python and Bash, with familiarity in open-weight LLMs
• Bachelor's in Quantitative Science; Master's or PhD preferred
