Senior AI Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the advancement of AI capabilities, the full-time Senior AI Operations Engineer will enhance end-to-end operations using generative AI, architect scalable infrastructure on Oracle Cloud, and mentor junior talent while focusing on research and development of AI-driven products.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize generative AI to streamline processes and build scalable infrastructure with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Drive research and development efforts for reusable code components and best practices in OCI-based MLOps
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for new AI-driven products using OCI's data and analytics stack

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in Data Science, with 3+ years in R&D and 2+ years mentoring junior engineers
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD, LLMOps, and cloud-native architecture
• Strong experience with Terraform, K8s, and hybrid GPU deployment
• Fluency in Python, Bash, and container-native toolchains
• Bachelor's in Quantitative Science; Master's or PhD preferred
