Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Performance and Efficiency Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI/ML researchers to enhance the efficiency of ML models, leading to productivity improvements
• Build tools and frameworks to detect and analyze efficiency bottlenecks in ML workloads
• Monitor utilization patterns and deliver scalable solutions to address inefficiencies across hardware and software

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in large-scale compute infrastructure design and operation
• Strong understanding of modern ML techniques and tools
• Experience with debugging and optimizing performance in distributed training environments
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, and Bash, along with familiarity with cloud platforms
