Senior AI Performance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Principal AI Performance Engineer to drive AI/ML innovation across its product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AI inference pipelines and training workflows for large-scale models
• Build and maintain turn-key AI workload examples and reference architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workloads into CI/CD pipelines and improve system performance

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in LLM inference optimization and distributed AI training frameworks
• Proven experience in building production AI pipelines and packaging AI environments
• Fluency with GPU profiling tools and familiarity with HPC environments
• 10+ years of industry experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields
• PhD in a relevant field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered
