Senior AI Platform Engineer

Job Summary

To lead critical customer implementations, the full-time Senior AI Platform Engineer will design, build, and deliver production software for AI Employees, ensuring reliable integrations and managing technical delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build production software, including backend services, data models, and CRUD applications on Supernal's proprietary platform
• Own end-to-end technical delivery for high-priority customer implementations, translating requirements into clear technical designs and execution plans
• Design and implement conversational agents, addressing real-world challenges such as latency, interruptions, and error handling

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, automation engineer, or systems builder shipping production systems
• Hands-on experience deploying voice agents and understanding multi-turn conversation design and real-time constraints
• Proficient in writing automated tests, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end workflow validation
• Deep experience with agentic architectures, APIs, and LLM orchestration, including prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
