Senior AI Platforms Engineer

Job Summary

To contribute to the evolution of an enterprise-grade Agentic AI platform, the full-time Senior AI Platforms Engineer will design scalable architectures, optimize production-grade services, and provide technical leadership while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and evolution of the Agentic AI platform by defining scalable architectures and optimizing core platform components
• Architect and deliver production-grade LLM services, agent workflows, and retrieval pipelines while ensuring platform performance and reliability
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding architecture reviews and raising engineering quality standards across the team

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; advanced degree preferred
• 8-10+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering with a focus on enterprise software platforms
• Demonstrated technical leadership in complex production platforms and mentoring engineers
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, including asynchronous programming and FastAPI
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js for building production services and APIs
